GSI API terms

Access

Access is invitation-only, may change without notice, and is provided for evaluation. Do not share invite codes, account credentials, or API keys.

Account verification

One account per person. GSI may require you to verify an email address and a phone number before or during use, and may refuse or close accounts that appear to duplicate an existing one.

SMS passcodes

When you add a phone number, you consent to receive one-time passcodes by SMS from Grounded Superintelligence at the number you provide. Message frequency varies — we only text when you ask us to. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. This number is never used for marketing and is never shared. Verification messages are transactional only.

Authorized use

Use the service only with RoboCap data you are authorized to upload and process. Do not probe other accounts, bypass limits, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful activity.

Credits and charges

Each account receives $20.00 of API credits once, when the account is created. There is no separate free processing allowance: every second of input media you submit is charged against that credit balance at the per-second rate for the service you run, which differs by service. The current rates are shown on your Account page and in Docs. The charge is calculated and deducted when a job is accepted, and a job is refused if the balance does not cover it. You can add credits at any time through checkout, and credits do not expire. If a job fails, the credits charged for the work that did not complete are returned to your balance automatically; a job you cancel is charged. Usage figures and cost estimates shown in the dashboard are informational and are not invoices — the credit ledger on your account is the record of what you were charged.
